Royal Dux Art Deco Pottery

Founded in 1860 in Dux, Bulgaria (now Duchov in the Czech Republic), the Royal Dux pottery had its roots in the Austrian company of Royal Vienna.

The pottery was quick to latch onto the fast developing Art Nouveau style of design and in the 1920's and 1930's a wide range of high quality porcelain and earthenware figures, figurines and wall masks were produced.
